About me

I graduated as a certified webdesigner in May 2009 at sessions.edu. I'm currently working freelance. I have done some websites in the past, but after graduating as a webdesigner my skills have dramaticly improved. My main interest is smaller websites, webposters, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and more.

I'm living in a small city in Denmark (Rønnede), where I bought a house in 2006. I live here with my girlfriend and our 3 kids. Its a big house surrounded with some beautiful nature. And of course do I have my own office in the house, which gives me space to reflect and do my webdesigns. Best of all you don't have to pay any rental costs for a big office in town.

Web design profile

I'm a web designer. But as a webdesigner, I've had to adapt to clients needs and an ever changing industry. Especially when I work on my own, I have to be up to date with my skills. I do this by reading books, taking online courses and studying the work of professionals. And not to forget by trials and errors by trying out myself.

Skills:
I handcode XHTML and CSS, and everything is validated to standards set by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
For example - if it is a website then I validate it for XHTML, CSS and for broken links.
If you think about getting a CMS website, then I would suggest Joomla. Its free, has won several awards, easy to install and has many many different cool features. I am able to set up pages in Joomla for you. For beautiful templates look at templatemonster or search on Google.
